The Martin

The Martin is a 45-floor residential tower in Paradise with over 370 units designed for permanent living. Each apartment features floor-to-ceiling windows that frame views of the Strip and surrounding mountains.

The project broke ground in 2006 under the name Panorama Tower North before undergoing a major rebranding and renovation in 2011. This transformation reflected a shift in the building's direction and market positioning.

The building represents a shift in how Las Vegas residents view their city, focusing on personal living spaces rather than just entertainment venues. Today, inhabitants use the shared amenities and terraces to form a community separate from the casino scene below.

The building takes its name from Dean Martin, the legendary entertainer and Rat Pack member, linking modern residential living to Las Vegas entertainment history. This naming choice connects contemporary urban living with a key figure from Nevada's cultural past.
