The Martin, Condominium tower in Paradise, Nevada, United States

The Martin is a 500-foot (150 m) condominium tower at 4471 Dean Martin Drive in Paradise, Nevada, with 45 floors and 372 units. It stands across Interstate 15 from CityCenter and was built north of Harmon Avenue as the third tower of the Panorama Towers complex.

A 35-story, 500-foot third tower was approved by Clark County in September 2004 for the Panorama Towers complex. Groundbreaking for the tower, built by Taylor International north of Harmon Avenue, was held on April 21, 2006, with Pamela Anderson, Steve Wynn, Ryan Seacrest and Mickey Rourke attending. It opened in 2008 as Panorama Tower North with 45 floors and 372 units, but weak sales led lender iStar to foreclose in November 2008 and take over the property in 2009. Renamed The Martin in January 2011 after Dean Martin, it received a $3 million renovation finished in March 2012.

The tower's 2011 rebranding as The Martin honoured the singer Dean Martin, a Rat Pack member, and the $3 million renovation added a library in the redesigned lobby, poolside lounges, vintage furniture and retro décor. Residents also receive services such as concierge, car service, continental breakfast and room cleaning.

The tower stands at 4471 Dean Martin Drive, across Interstate 15 from CityCenter. The 2011–2012 renovation added a redesigned lobby with a library, poolside lounges, new landscaping and residential services including concierge, car service, continental breakfast and room cleaning.

The tower was renamed The Martin in January 2011 as a marketing move to lift sales after foreclosure, and the $3 million renovation that followed added a library in the redesigned lobby and lounges at the pool. The name honours Dean Martin, whose stage name the building's address on Dean Martin Drive also carries.
