The Columbia River Washington Temple features white granite exteriors, a single spire design, and two ordinance rooms across 16,880 square feet of space.

The Columbia River Washington Temple opened its doors in November 2001 as the 107th operating temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

The temple provides religious services to members from eleven stakes in South Central Washington and Northeastern Oregon, including endowment presentations in multiple languages.

Located at 969 Gage Boulevard in Richland, the temple requires appointments for proxy ordinances and maintains specific schedules for different religious ceremonies.

During construction, congregation members inscribed their names on river rocks that were incorporated into the building's foundation, creating a personal connection.
