The European-style two-story residence at 7 Xiangshan Road contains personal belongings, photographs, and documents from Sun Yat-sen's political career.

Sun Yat-sen and his wife Soong Ching-ling lived in this house from 1918 to 1924, during which he developed the Three Principles of the People.

The residence became a museum in 1988, displaying original furnishings, artifacts, and exhibitions about Sun Yat-sen's contributions to Chinese democracy.

The residence is accessible via Metro Line 13 to Middle Huaihai Road Station or Line 10 to Xintiandi Station, with admission priced at 20 CNY.

The house served as a meeting place for early collaborations between the Nationalist Party and Communist Party representatives in the 1920s.
