Gushi County

Gushi County is an administrative county located in Xinyang in southeastern Henan Province, featuring a landscape of rolling hills and flat plains. The region contains several towns and villages connected by roads and rail corridors that serve as the main infrastructure backbone.

The area served as a regional seat of power during the Spring and Autumn period around 2,500 years ago. This early political significance shaped the region's place in central Chinese history.
