Dahei Mountain is a peak reaching approximately 660 meters in elevation, making it the highest point on the southern Liaodong Peninsula in Liaoning Province. The slopes feature hiking trails of varying difficulty that wind through forested areas with viewpoints leading to the summit.
The mountain forms part of the Qianshan range, an ancient geological formation extending across northeastern Liaoning Province. This mountain chain has shaped the landscape of the Liaodong Peninsula for thousands of years.
