Haikou Century Bridge

The Haikou Century Bridge extends 2,683 meters across the Nandu River, connecting the main district of Haikou to Haidian Island with its 395-meter central span.

Construction of the bridge started in May 1998 and reached completion in August 2003, marking a significant advancement in the infrastructure of Hainan Province.

The bridge serves as a central point for evening photography sessions, with its illuminated structure reflecting in the waters of the Nandu River.

The structure accommodates daily traffic flows between 80,000 and 90,000 vehicles, providing a three-minute connection between Longkun North Road and Haidian Island.

The space beneath the southern approach contains multiple facilities, including electric vehicle charging stations, parking areas, and retail establishments.
