Caribbean Coast

Caribbean Coast is a residential complex in Islands District on Lantau Island with 69 buildings and around 5,300 apartments spread across five phases. The units range from two to four bedrooms and serve different types of residents.

Development started in 2002 through a partnership between MTR Corporation, Cheung Kong Development Company, and Hutchison Whampoa Limited. The project was built to meet housing needs as the island region expanded.
