Bissau Palace Hotel, Jaipur

The Bissau Palace Hotel stands on a two-acre property featuring traditional Shekhawati architecture, adorned with Rajasthani frescoes and royal portraits throughout its halls.

Built in 1874 by Thakur Chandra Singhji as a residential palace, the property transformed into the first family-operated heritage hotel in Rajasthan during 1965.

The hotel displays an extensive collection of antiques, weapons, and trophies from the 17th century, reflecting the noble lineage of the Bissau warriors.

Located near the Chand Pol entrance gate, the hotel provides air-conditioned rooms with antique furniture, three restaurants, a swimming pool, and tennis courts.

The current Bissau family maintains residence within the premises, offering cooking demonstrations where guests learn traditional recipes directly from noble family members.
