The stadium served as the primary venue for the Nexen Heroes baseball team from 2008 to 2015, hosting professional games of the Korea Baseball Organization.
The stadium incorporates food vendors, merchandise outlets, and seating arrangements that accommodate 14,000 spectators for baseball matches and events.
The playing surface transformed from natural grass to FieldTurf in 2008, adapting to modern baseball field requirements and maintenance standards.
