The tower, completed in 2009 under Prime Minister Yusuf Raza Gilani's administration, represented a 2.5 billion rupee investment in Pakistan's financial infrastructure.
The building displays a bronze bull statue at its entrance and houses numerous international airlines, banks, and corporate offices in Pakistan's capital.
Three basement levels provide parking for 300 vehicles, while the ground floor contains banking services and upper levels offer office spaces.
The building contains Pakistan's largest exterior electronic display screen, measuring 15 feet high and 10 feet wide, broadcasting financial information.
