Islamabad Stock Exchange Tower, Office tower in Blue Area, Islamabad, Pakistan.
The Islamabad Stock Exchange Tower is an office building in Blue Area, the main business district of Pakistan's capital, rising across 19 floors. Its facade is made of blue-tinted glass panels set in a grey steel frame, giving it a modern appearance along Jinnah Avenue.
The tower was completed in 2009 and was one of the more prominent new construction projects in Islamabad's business district at the time. It was built during a period when the Blue Area corridor was being developed as the commercial and financial center of the capital.
A bronze bull sculpture stands at the entrance of the tower, a nod to its connection with financial activity in the city. The offices inside draw a steady flow of professionals working for banks, airlines, and international companies based in the capital.
The tower sits along Jinnah Avenue and is easy to reach on foot from within the Blue Area. Parking is available in the basement levels, and banking services on the ground floor are open to general visitors.
A large electronic screen on the exterior of the building displays financial data and market figures in real time, visible from the street. It stands out especially in the evening when the screen lights up against the darker sky along Jinnah Avenue.
