Apple Store Taipei 101 occupies the ground floor and basement levels of the skyscraper, displaying the company's full range of products and offering technical services. The retail space spans across two floors with distinct areas for product displays and customer support.

The store opened in 2017 and marked the company's first direct entry into Taiwan's retail market. This opening represented a significant expansion milestone for the brand in East Asia.

A large mural by local artist Yang Shiyi depicts a Banyan tree and references traditional Taiwanese gathering spaces. The artwork connects the store's modern purpose with locally rooted cultural symbols.

The store stays open until 9:30 PM most weekdays and operates with about 130 staff members on site. Friday and Saturday hours extend until 10:00 PM, giving visitors flexibility for shopping or repair services.

The store sits inside a skyscraper that held the record as the world's tallest building until 2009. Shopping here becomes an experience at a noted architectural landmark visited by travelers from around the globe.
