Po Klong Garai Temple

The temple features three red brick towers with intricate carvings, including a main three-story structure, a gate tower, and an elongated tower with a saddle roof.

The temple was constructed in the late 13th century by King Jaya Simhavarman III to honor Po Klong Garai, a former ruler of the Cham civilization from 1151 to 1205.

The temple maintains its role as an active religious center where the Cham community gathers for traditional ceremonies and festivals throughout the year.

Visitors can reach the temple complex through major roads leading to Phan Rang, with local guides available to explain the architectural and historical elements.

The temple contains a mukhalinga from the 16th century, a specialized form of linga with a human face that represents both Shiva and King Po Klong Garai.
