Century Link Tower, Office skyscraper in Lujiazui, Shanghai, China

Century Link Tower is a mixed-use complex in Pudong's Zhuyuan business area, split by Century Avenue into a north and a south plot. The north plot holds three office buildings of 15, 16 and 11–14 floors plus a five-storey Bailian Century shopping centre; the south plot has a 39-storey office tower, a 23-storey hotel and a five-storey retail podium.

In February 2005 the two Zhuyuan plots were put up for public bidding, drawing seven developers including Hutchison Whampoa, Sun Hung Kai and Swire. Hutchison Whampoa won the land-use rights in November 2005 for 4.56 billion yuan, and in December it signed with Shanghai Lujiazui Finance and Trade Zone United Development to invest jointly, with 2 billion yuan for the north plot and 5 billion for the south. In October 2016 CK Property and the Li Ka Shing Foundation announced the sale of all interests in the project for 20 billion yuan.

The complex takes its name from Century Avenue, the road that runs between its two plots and beneath which four metro lines meet at Century Avenue Station. The mall opened for trial operation on 15 June 2018 and formally on 8 December 2018, and the station is a major interchange for Pudong commuters.

The building is conveniently located near Century Avenue Station with good public transit access. Visitors will find parking available on-site and should plan visits outside peak business hours if exploring the lobby or retail areas.

The site was auctioned in February 2005, drawing seven bidders including Hutchison Whampoa, Sun Hung Kai, Sino Land, Swire, Kerry Properties and Bailian Group. Hutchison Whampoa won the land use rights on 20 November 2005 for 4.56 billion yuan, a record 12,000 yuan per square metre of commercial floor area for the district. In October 2016 CK Property and the Li Ka-shing Foundation announced the sale of all interests in the project for 20 billion yuan.
