SIEEB

SIEEB is a research building at Tsinghua University with a U-shaped design that surrounds a central courtyard containing gardens and terraced outdoor spaces. The northern side features enhanced insulation against cold winds, while the southern side incorporates large glass panels to maximize natural daylight.

The building was completed in 2006 as a result of Chinese-Italian cooperation on the Tsinghua University campus. This partnership brought international expertise in sustainable construction to China.
