DJI Headquarters, Corporate headquarters in Xili Subdistrict Shenzhen, China.
DJI Headquarters is a two-tower complex reaching 213 and 195 meters tall, with asymmetrically suspended glass elements and a central core design. The structure houses 8,000 employees across 47 floors, containing specialized laboratories and research facilities dedicated to drone technology development.
Foster + Partners began construction in 2017, completing this technological complex in December 2022. The project marked a significant milestone in Shenzhen's establishment as a global technology hub.
The building represents the integration of advanced drone technology research with architectural excellence, establishing a center for innovation in Shenzhen's technology sector.
The site is accessible by tram and subway connections in Shenzhen's modern business district. Much of the interior remains off-limits to general visitors, though exterior views of the architecture are visible from nearby public areas.
A glass suspension bridge at 100 meters above ground connects the two towers, creating a striking architectural feature of the Shenzhen skyline. This transparent link allows employees to move between towers while overlooking the city.
