Qian Hai

Qianhai is a commercial area in Shenzhen's harbor built on reclaimed land between two waterways. The district features modern high-rise buildings, large office complexes, retail spaces, and complete street infrastructure throughout.

Development began in 2010 following a national government plan to create a cooperation zone between Shenzhen and Hong Kong. The project aimed to grow modern service and financial industries in the area.
