The park received its name from Henry and Emilie Renziehausen, who contributed their wealth to Pittsburgh following disputes regarding religious differences within their family.
The McKeesport Regional History and Heritage Center within the park contains local artifacts, photographs, and historical documents, including a portrait of Henry Renziehausen.
Located at 1400 Pinoak Drive, the garden provides free admission daily and offers guided tours led by certified rosarians who share knowledge about plant varieties.
The Garden Club of McKeesport maintains the extensive collection while coordinating wedding ceremonies amid the flowering beds and water features.
