Charlie Soong, born in 1863, established this family residence before becoming a influential figure in Chinese politics and revolutionary movements.
The residence contains numerous artifacts and documents illustrating the connection between the Soong family and early 20th-century Chinese political transformation.
The residence opens daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with guided tours available in Chinese and English every two hours.
Three rooms in the residence display personal belongings of the Soong sisters, who married prominent Chinese leaders Sun Yat-sen and Chiang Kai-shek.
