The Simpsons Ride takes visitors through an animated adventure in Krustyland using IMAX dome screens and motion-synchronized vehicles for a complete immersion experience.
The attraction opened in May 2008, replacing the former Back to the Future ride, with direct involvement from The Simpsons television series producers in its development.
Each character in the ride maintains authenticity through the participation of original voice actors from the television series, preserving the show's characteristic humor.
Visitors must measure at least 40 inches in height to access the ride, and those under 48 inches require accompaniment by a supervising companion.
The queue area displays multiple carnival games and television screens showing series clips, leading to a giant Krusty head entrance portal.
