The Hogwarts Express connects King's Cross Station in Universal Studios Florida with Hogsmeade Station in Islands of Adventure through a 676-meter elevated track.
The attraction opened in July 2014 as part of Universal Orlando's expansion project to link the two distinct Harry Potter themed areas within the resort.
The locomotive design maintains authentic British railway elements from the 1930s while incorporating modern technology to deliver an immersive transportation experience.
Visitors need a Park-to-Park admission ticket to board the Hogwarts Express, which transports 30,000 passengers daily between both sections of Universal Orlando.
The train features specialized projection systems displaying different animated scenarios during each direction of travel, accompanied by London Symphony Orchestra music.
