Impact Wrestling Zone, Professional wrestling venue at Universal Studios Florida, United States

The Impact Zone is the nickname for sound stages at Universal Studios Florida in Orlando used to tape professional wrestling. Soundstage 21 hosted WCW Pro and WCW Worldwide tapings from 1996 to 1998, then the XWF in 2001. TNA leased it in May 2004 for its new Fox Sports Net show TNA Impact, taping there until March 2013. TNA returned in November 2013 to the smaller Soundstage 19, and after April 2018 tapings resumed touring.

The nickname comes from TNA's weekly show Impact!, taped here from 2004. Under the agreement with Universal Studios, general admission to these tapings could not be charged, only VIP packages were sold, so the promotion sometimes moved major pay-per-view events to other arenas. The ring's black skirt carries the IMPACT and TNA logos.

Soundstage 21 was originally called the Extreme Arena, where Nickelodeon taped the game shows Guts and Global Guts between 1992 and 1995, before WCW renamed it the WCW Arena in 1996. In 1999 the RollerJam roller derby show was filmed there in what was then called the RollerJam Arena.
