Ambardi Safari Park

Situated along the Shetrunji river banks, Ambardi Safari Park encompasses 365 hectares of undulating terrain with diverse flora and native wildlife species.

The establishment of the park in 2017 expanded the protected territory for Asiatic lions, which faced near extinction in the early 20th century.

The park integrates with local traditions through its location near the Khodiyar temple, connecting wildlife conservation with regional heritage.

Visitors can book safari tours 90 days in advance, with entrance fees varying between weekdays at 150 rupees and weekends at 190 rupees for Indian nationals.

The reserve maintains populations of 606 plant species, 39 mammal species, 300 bird species, and 37 reptile species within its protected boundaries.
