Chef Silvio Armanni earned the restaurant its first Michelin star in 2019, then expanded that recognition to two stars starting in 2022. The restaurant maintained this achievement through 2024.
The restaurant blends traditional Italian cooking techniques with Asian ingredients, creating dishes that reflect both Mediterranean and Hong Kong tastes. Diners experience how two culinary traditions meet on the same plate.
