The structure incorporates Beaux-Arts architectural elements, including classical arcades and allegorical representations of power and light across its two-story entrance.
Located at 245 Market Street, the building maintains its original function as the administrative center for one of California's largest utility companies.
The building's upper floors display paired Doric columns with full entablature, reflecting design elements similar to San Francisco's City Hall dome.
