Address Sky View is a combined residential and hotel complex in Downtown Dubai, made up of two towers linked by a curved glass bridge near the top. The towers house private apartments and hotel rooms, along with a rooftop pool, spa, and several dining spaces.
Address Sky View opened in 2019 as part of the Downtown Dubai development around the Burj Khalifa. The Address brand, a Dubai-based luxury hospitality group, manages the hotel portion. The complex was developed by Emaar Properties, the Dubai developer behind the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall.
The name Address Sky View comes from the towers' height and the outlook over Downtown Dubai. The hotel is run under the Address brand, a Dubai-based hospitality group. Guests on the upper floors face the Burj Khalifa directly, and the glass bridge between the two towers is the spot where that view is most often photographed.
The building sits in the heart of Downtown Dubai, within walking distance of the Dubai Mall and the Dubai Fountain. The nearest metro station is a short ride away, and taxis are available around the clock throughout the area.
The glass bridge linking the two towers contains a pool with a glass-bottomed section, so swimmers can look straight down over the city below while in the water. This kind of transparent floor pool is rare in the region and draws a lot of attention from hotel guests.
