Estadio Ciro López is a football stadium in Popayán, Colombia, with a capacity of 5,000 spectators. It opened on 8 July 1951 with a match between the Cauca Department team and Millonarios, then known as the Ballet Azul. Its current condition is described as deplorable, and it does not meet Dimayor's minimum requirements for the top division.

The stadium opened in 1951 and marked a turning point for sports infrastructure in the Cauca region. This establishment helped develop organized football in Popayán and surrounding areas.

The stadium's name honours Ciro López, and its opening match on 8 July 1951 pitted the Cauca Department team against Millonarios, then known as the Ballet Azul. Since the second half of 2011 it has hosted Universitario de Popayán, the former Centauros side from Villavicencio renamed after agreements between the city mayor and the club's directors.
