Horseshoe Las Vegas, Casino on Las Vegas Strip, US
Horseshoe Las Vegas is a casino and hotel on the Las Vegas Strip in Nevada with over 2,000 rooms across several towers. The gaming floor covers nearly 6,350 square meters and includes slot machines, table games, an 18-table poker room, and a sportsbook.
The building opened in 1973 as MGM Grand Hotel and was rebuilt and expanded after a major fire in 1980. Over the following decades it carried the name Bally's before becoming Horseshoe in 2022.
The name recalls the famous Binion's Horseshoe downtown, founded by Jack Binion's father in the 1950s. Many players know the family's story and see this property as a bridge to the golden era of the city.
The entrance sits directly on the Strip, so visitors can walk in easily from the sidewalk. Gaming areas and restaurants are accessible from the ground floor, with parking available in the structure behind the building.
The property hosted the show Jubilee from 1981 to 2016, one of the longest-running stage productions in Las Vegas. For over three and a half decades, guests from around the world came to see the elaborate costumes and choreography.
