Almoayyed Tower, Commercial skyscraper in Seef district, Manama, Bahrain
Almoayyed Tower is a modern office building in Manama with a black four-sided structure containing 47 floors of commercial and business space. A shopping mall occupies the ground and mezzanine levels, while an eight-story parking facility with space for more than 1000 cars supports the complex.
Construction began in 2001 and was completed in 2004, making it the first building in Manama to surpass 150 meters in height. The project represented a significant investment in the city's commercial expansion at that time.
The building marks Bahrain's shift toward modern commercial architecture and reflects how the city transformed its urban landscape in the early 2000s. It became a symbol of the country's economic direction at that time.
The tower is located in the Seef district with good access via public transportation and main roads, and the parking facility offers ample space for vehicles. Shopping and business facilities on the lower levels are easy to reach.
The building features Bahrain's first private helipad and houses specialized telecommunication equipment on the 43rd floor. This setup enhances signal coverage across the city and makes it an important piece of infrastructure.
