Construction of this telecommunications center began in 1994 with an investment of 84.8 million dollars and reached completion in 1995.
The structure, created by architectural firm Kohn Pedersen Fox, represents the modernization of Brunei's telecommunications infrastructure during the 1990s.
The building contains 14 floors of office spaces, recording studios, and an open-air sky lobby on the fifteenth level for telecommunications operations.
DataStream Technology Group operates as the sole tenant of this building, which functions as the central hub for Brunei's largest telecommunications provider.
