Tilagor Eco Park

Tilagor Eco Park is a protected forest area in Sylhet featuring rolling hills, dense vegetation, and a stream that winds through the terrain. The landscape includes native trees, wildlife habitats, and walking paths across the natural environment.

The park was established in 2006 as the third protected forest area of its kind in Bangladesh. The government's Forestry Department has managed and maintained this space since its creation.

This space functions as a gathering point where local schools and families connect with forest habitats through guided exploration. Visitors experience how the landscape supports both animals and plants in their daily routines.

The location sits a short drive from Sylhet city and offers picnic areas and walking paths through the forest. The best time to visit is from November through March when weather conditions are most favorable.

The forest contains several rare native tree species that grow in only a few places across the region. Visitors may spot foxes and monkeys moving through the canopy, adding unexpected wildlife encounters to their walk.
