Mindroling Monastery is a large monastic complex in Zhanang County, Tibet, centered around a three-story main temple with traditional Tibetan architectural design. The monastery was founded in 1676 by the Nyingma master Terdak Lingpa as a significant center for this Buddhist school. Following destruction in 1718, local scholars guided its reconstruction and recovery in the years that followed.
