Manulife Financial Centre

Manulife Financial Centre comprises two connected office towers of 28 stories each in Kwun Tong, both featuring a continuous curtain wall facade. The complex offers spacious floor plates, modern technical systems, and shared facilities for tenants.

The site evolved from areas previously occupied by a dairy ice factory and cement factory before redevelopment began. The project was completed in 2008, marking the transformation of the industrial area into a modern business district.
