Sai Wan Pavilion, Traditional pavilion in Sai Kung District, Hong Kong.

The wooden pavilion sits at the entrance of Sai Kung East Country Park, providing views across the coastline and surrounding mountains in all directions.

The structure dates from the Qing Dynasty period when local maritime authorities used it to monitor ship movements and weather patterns along the coast.

The pavilion functions as a meeting point where residents gather during festivals to share traditional meals and observe seasonal ceremonies.

Visitors can reach the pavilion via NR29 bus from Sai Kung Town Centre, with four daily departures on weekdays and eight during weekends.

The structure marks the starting point of multiple hiking paths leading to hidden waterfalls, four separate beaches, and the Sharp Peak mountain trail.
