Zhongshan Warship Museum, Naval history museum in Jiangxia District, Wuhan, China

The Zhongshan Warship Museum contains the restored hull of a defense gunboat along with maritime artifacts from the Second Sino-Japanese War period.

The Zhongshan warship, initially named SS Yongfeng, was constructed in Japan in 1913 and later served in numerous naval operations until Japanese forces sank it in 1938.

The museum preserves the memory of Chinese naval heritage through exhibits detailing the warship's involvement in critical moments of national defense.

Located at 1 Zhongshanjian Road in Wuhan, the museum opens from 9:00 to 17:00 except Mondays, with free admission and passport requirement for entry.

The 11,000-square-meter museum stands at the exact location where the original vessel sank during the Battle of Wuhan in 1938.
