Xiamen Zhongshan Park

Zhongshan Park extends across several hectares with walking paths, traditional Chinese pavilions, and a central pond surrounded by landscaped gardens.

The park was established in the early 20th century and named in honor of Sun Yat-sen, who contributed to the modernization of China.

Local residents gather in the park during morning and evening hours to practice Tai Chi, traditional exercises, and participate in community activities.

The park remains open every day of the year with free admission, and visitors can access multiple entrances through Park South Road and Gonghe Road.

The park contains numerous species of birds and plants, including large banyan trees that provide natural shade throughout the walking paths.
