Cima del Vallonetto is a 3,217 m summit in the Ambin group of the Cottian Alps, in the Val di Susa, Piedmont. It lies south of Punta Sommeiller, separated from it by Punta Galambra, at the head of the ridge dividing the Val di Susa from Valfredda. A small metal cross stands on the summit, and just below it is the Gianfranco Joannas bivouac, a former military shelter inaugurated in 2015 and always open.

The mountain lies at the head of the ridge separating the Val di Susa from the Valfredda, south of the Punta Sommeiller and separated from it by the Punta Galambra. Its military use is documented by the Gianfranco Joannas bivouac just below the summit at 3,216 m, a former military shelter inaugurated in 2015 and left open to all alpinists. The nearby Bivacco Sigot serves as a support point for the ascent.

The mountain lies at the head of the ridge separating the Val di Susa from the Valfredda, whose highest point is Monte Jafferau.
