Olympic Park Observation Tower

The Olympic Park Observation Tower reaches 258 meters high with five interconnected columns shaped like vertical grass blades. The structure features circular floors arranged to reflect the Olympic rings, creating a visual connection to the Games.

Construction began in 2011, three years after the 2008 Olympics, with the tower completed in 2014. The structure was designed as a lasting monument to the Games and remains a permanent fixture in the park.

The tower stands as a reminder of the 2008 Olympics and sits within the Olympic Park, where visitors can experience the legacy and planning of that major sporting event.

The tower is easily reached by public transport and has elevators to bring visitors to observation decks high above the ground. The best times to visit are early morning or late afternoon, when the visibility is clearest.
