Three Kings Cathedral

The Three Kings Cathedral stands in Timika as the main worship building for the local Catholic community. The structure accommodates around 2000 worshippers and is recognized throughout the city by its height.

The Diocese of Timika was established in 2003, which led to the construction of this worship building starting in 2004. The project was completed in 2005, establishing a new center for Catholic faith in the region.
