Punaluʻu Beach

Punaluʻu Beach is a dark sand beach on the southeastern coast of Hawaii's Big Island, where black volcanic sand creates its striking appearance. The shoreline stretches along a protected cove bordered by rocky outcrops, with open areas suitable for walking and resting.
