Our Lady of Lourdes Cathedral, Florencia

Our Lady of Lourdes Cathedral is a church building located on the western side of San Francisco de Asis Square with three interior naves and a bell tower marking its roofline. The structure displays traditional Catholic architectural design that dominates the plaza's religious character.

Construction of the current building began in 1932 under the direction of Spanish Franciscan friar Jaime Igualada and was completed in 1937. This construction project reflected the growing religious importance of the developing city.
