Torre Ejecutiva JV I, Office building in San Andrés Cholula, Mexico
Torre Ejecutiva JV I is an office building with 28 floors and a height of 123 meters, rising with its glass and concrete facade along Via Atlixcayotl street. The structure offers extensive office space plus three retail floors and includes two underground parking levels.
The building was constructed between 2005 and 2008 and was initially the tallest structure in Puebla's metropolitan area. It was later surpassed by Torre JV III, reflecting the area's ongoing commercial expansion.
The building shapes the business district and draws companies from various sectors to its modern office spaces. Its presence reflects the area's growth as an economic center that attracts both national and international firms.
The building operates with five high-speed elevators that move people efficiently through the floors. The convenient parking system with two underground levels makes it accessible for both tenants and visitors.
The building incorporates 56 seismic dampers throughout its structure to protect against earthquakes that occur regularly in this geologically active region. This safety system was a key design consideration that makes the tower particularly resilient.
