The Temple Terrace Golf and Country Club is an 18-hole course designed by Tom Bendelow and opened in 1922. Its Bermuda grass fairways run past trees and bunkers, and the clubhouse by M. Leo Elliott, also from 1922, stands beside the layout.
Designed by Tom Bendelow, the course opened in 1922, three years before Temple Terrace was incorporated. The clubhouse, by architect M. Leo Elliott, was built the same year and joined Florida College in the 1930s. The course was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on October 30, 2012.
The club serves members as a venue for tournaments and social gatherings held throughout the year. The maintained fairways and clubhouse create a gathering place where regular activities and community participation shape the experience.
