Miracle Mile Shops, shopping mall in Las Vegas, Nevada
Miracle Mile Shops is a shopping mall on the Las Vegas Strip, with about 150 stores spread along roughly a mile of connected corridors. The interior is brightly lit and laid out on a single level, mixing clothing stores, jewelry shops, beauty brands, and specialty boutiques.
The mall opened in the early 1990s as part of a larger hotel project on the Strip. It was later renovated and renamed Miracle Mile Shops when the connected hotel rebranded as Planet Hollywood in the mid-2000s.
The name refers to the famous stretch of road that has long been tied to Las Vegas as a city. The corridors stay busy at almost any hour, as many visitors use the space as a break from the casinos nearby.
The mall connects directly to Planet Hollywood Resort and is reachable on foot from several other nearby hotels along the Strip. The corridors can feel like a loop, so glancing at a map near the entrance helps with orientation before heading in.
Inside the mall, a stage hosts a recurring indoor rainstorm show that plays out in the middle of the corridors at set times. Many first-time visitors stumble upon it without knowing it was scheduled, which makes it one of the more unexpected moments of the visit.
