The Chongqing Poly Tower rises 287 meters into the Chongqing skyline with 61 floors above ground and 6 underground levels incorporating retail spaces and offices.
The East China Architectural Design & Research Institute completed this substantial structure in 2013 following an investment of 1.3 billion RMB from initial groundwork to final construction.
The tower reflects the rapid urban development of Chongqing, marking the transformation of this Chinese metropolis into a major financial center for central and western regions.
The building contains 37 elevators serving different sections and provides 700 parking spaces for vehicles in its underground levels at Linjiangmen and Minsheng Road junction.
The structure occupies 11,831 square meters of land and contains 190,000 square meters of floor space, making it the third tallest building in Chongqing.
