The Shanghai Auto Museum contains four distinct sections spread across 28,000 square meters, including history, collection, exploration, and temporary exhibitions.
The museum, which opened in January 2007, stands as the first dedicated automobile museum in China, marking a milestone in automotive heritage preservation.
The museum displays over 100 classic automobiles from 50 manufacturers worldwide, including models like Ford, Fiat 500, Austin 7, and Jaguar E-Type.
Located at 7565 Boyuan Road in Jiading District, the museum welcomes visitors daily from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM except Mondays.
The History Pavilion houses 27 vehicles representing key developments in automotive engineering, while the Antique Car Pavilion presents 40 cars from 1900 to 1970.
