The facility is located near Tiu Keng Leng metro station on the Tseung Kwan O line, making it accessible by public transportation. Plan time to move between different areas since educational spaces, galleries, and sports facilities are spread across multiple floors.
The building features a 60-meter escalator that ranks among the longest in Hong Kong, connecting different levels across the complex. This engineering achievement reflects the institution's focus on innovative design and modern construction.
