Sidhi district

Sidhi district sits in northeastern Madhya Pradesh with the Son River shaping its geography. The land consists of agricultural areas divided into several administrative blocks with their own local features.

The area was ruled by Chandela Rajputs from Khajuraho before passing under different rulers over time. It became part of independent India and eventually took its shape as a separate district.
