Atchampet mandal

Atchampet is an administrative mandal in Palnadu district comprising 18 villages spread across the Krishna River valley. The region includes agricultural areas, settlements, and river-influenced landscapes typical of inland Andhra Pradesh.

Originally part of Guntur district, the area was transferred to the newly established Palnadu district in 2022. This administrative change followed a broader reorganization of district boundaries in Andhra Pradesh.
