Beycesultan, Bronze Age archaeological site in Denizli Province, Turkey.
The archaeological mound spans 4 hectares with 40 distinct layers, rising 25 meters above ground near the Büyük Menderes River tributary.
Excavations between 1954 and 1959 revealed evidence of continuous settlement from Late Chalcolithic period through the Bronze Age until Byzantine times.
The site features rectangular shrine chambers arranged in pairs with ritual installations, representing early religious practices in ancient Anatolia.
Located 5 kilometers southwest of Çivril, the archaeological site contains structural remains of ancient buildings with stone foundations and mudbrick walls.
Archaeologists discovered evidence of the earliest silver usage in Anatolia, along with a palace containing an advanced underground heating system.
