Denizli Atatürk and Ethnography Museum

The museum occupies a two-story structure with an anteroom in the middle of each floor, displaying numerous cultural artifacts and historical items.

The building gained national importance when Mustafa Kemal Atatürk stayed there on February 4, 1931, during his visit to Denizli.

The ground floor presents ethnographical collections of ornaments, silver tools, and traditional weapons, while the upper floor recreates historical living spaces.

Located at Saraylar Mahallesi 459 Sokak, the museum opens from 8:00 to 17:00 except Mondays, with final admission at 16:30.

The museum exhibits a red atlas fabric flag from 1811, under which Mufti Ahmet Hulusi Efendi spoke against Greek occupation of Izmir.
